Since 1979, Wayne Cox has been an active member and past president of the Muskoka and Haliburton Association of Realtors. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Wayne is a Market Value Appraiser and is a professional civil engineer. This education and experience has given him a solid understanding of the real estate market and has made him a dependable source of information for his clients.

Having resided in Bracebridge for the past 34 years, Wayne has developed an extensive knowledge of the area and focuses on residential and cottage properties. He is highly committed to providing excellent personal service and to ensuring his clients have a successful experience. His attention to detail and effective negotiating skills offer his buyers and sellers strong representation in a competitive market.

Wayne has been honoured with the Royal LePage Award of Excellence Lifetime Achievement which recognizes him as one of the top 10% of real estate professionals in Canada.

Outside of real estate, Wayne is an avid golfer and is a member of the South Muskoka Curling & Golf Club. He has also enjoyed success as a hockey player and received a scholarship to Michigan Technological University.
